SNAP 9

IRT/ITS has a survey application that is available to all Drexel students, faculty and staff. The system, called SNAP 9, is a full featured survey system capable of producing paper and web-based surveys.

SNAP 9 Pro is a locally installed survey development PC only application that is used to create surveys. It has extensive survey formatting, branching and output formatting capabilities. It, by itself, can be used to produce paper surveys and web-based surveys whereby the results are emailed to the survey author. The SNAP 9 Pro application is available through the IRTs software download site.

SNAP Online is a web-based survey management tool designed to import SNAP 9 Pro surveys. This web-based application empowers survey authors to gather and analyze survey results, define the survey audience and control survey options such as open/closing date and survey security. This application is available to Drexel faculty and staff. Students may request access to SNAP Online but access will be granted on a case by case basis.
