The Computer Fixer on Campus (
http://www.thecomputerfixer.com) provides computer and printer hardware repair, upgrade, and warranty service, as well as extended maintenance agreements. Departments are encouraged to submit a separate purchase order for on-site maintenance with The Computer Fixer.
When purchasing Apple, Dell, IBM/Lenovo, and Sony computers, consider a separate ppurchase of four years of warranty services.

Warranty services include: all communications with the manufacturer, supplying serial/tag numbers, talking to phone support, parts ordering, receiving, and returning/shipping. The Computer Fixer's manufacturer-certified technicians perform the repairs at your office.
