Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management

The BS in Hospitality Management is available as a five-year program with three six-month cooperative education experiences.  Transfer students may also elect to enroll in the program without a co-op.

The program prepares students for leadership positions through an interdisciplinary, experiential curriculum, with a choice of four concentrations and three integrated business minors. The program offers training so that graduates possess the skills and expertise required by the world’s leading hospitality management organizations.  Students will select from one of four academic concentrations: Food and Beverage Management, Gaming and Resort Management and Hotel Administration.  In addition, all students will select from one of three business minors.
