Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts
The BS in Culinary Arts is available as a four-year program with a six-month cooperative education experience.
The program offers a career-driven curriculum designed by faculty who are practitioners in the field. The course of study prepares students for a creative career supported by an extensive knowledge of the operation and economics of culinary arts organizations. A minor in business is divided into three distinct tracks - business, entrepreneurship, and marketing.
