The Dennis Gomes Memorial Casino Training Lab offers students a live operational experience of slot machine protocols and mock customer interactions in a real-time learning atmosphere.
Drexel Food Lab
The Drexel Food Lab is an interdisciplinary research group that aims to solve real-world problems in the areas of recipe development, product development and product ideation.

The Philly Chef Conference is held annually to offer new and useful ideas and techniques through lectures, panel discussions and demonstrations.

The Sports Leadership Academy develops and delivers sports-related research and programs built around the concepts of character development, classroom success, and competitive excellence.
HSM Summer Institute
The Center for Hospitality and Sport Management offers a one-week, non-residential program for talented and motivated high school students to learn more about the career possibilities in culinary, hospitality and sport.
