The Center for Hospitality and Sport Management's Summer Institute offers a one-week, non-residential program to expose talented and motivated high school students to career possibilities in the fields of culinary arts and science, hospitality management, and sport management. Students entering either their junior or senior year will attend classes taught by Drexel faculty in the labs, kitchens, and classrooms in the Academic Bistro and Paul Peck Research Center. Students will experience lectures, hands-on projects, field trips, and presentations from distinguished speakers. The Center's Summer Institute will offer programs in culinary arts & science, hospitality management and sport management.
(Please note that students must choose one track for the entire week and will not be able to switch due to full enrollment.)
Dates: July 11-14, 2016
Eligibility: Rising high school juniors and seniors
