DUCOM Non-Employee Associates

A Non-Employee Associate (NEA) appointment is used to grant an individual who is not an employee or student of Drexel University (DU)/Drexel University College of Medicine (DUCOM) and will not become a student/employee of DU or DUCOM in the foreseeable future, who would need access to DUCOM resources.  NEAs are broken down into five main groups.

To obtain access to DUCOM resources for a DU Student, Faculty or Professional Staff member, please contact the COM IT Technical Support Desk at 215-762-1999 or drexelmedsupport@drexelmed.edu  and request a Manual Account. Note that this request must come from a person with current, valid drexelmed credentials who is willing to be listed as the "Responsible Employee" for the requested account.
