Student Employment Job Listings Instructions

The Student Employment Job Listing Site is for work study and student employment position listings.

Submitting a Job Posting

  1. Log into SharePoint using your Drexel domain user ID (e.g. Drexel\abc123) and password.
  2. Under My Listings, select New > Job Listing
  3. Enter the job information.
    • If you are entering a job posting for a position in a department that does not roll up to a College, be sure to select "Administrative" from the College drop down menu, otherwise the job will not feed onto the listings page.
  4. Select OK when finished.
  5. HR will approve the job listing and it will automatically feed to the Student Employment Job Listings page on the Human Resources website.  All job postings will be approved by HR within 1 business day.

Removing a Job Posting

  1. Log into SharePoint using your Drexel domain user ID (e.g. drexel\abc123) and password.
  2. Select the position title that you want to remove under My Listings.
  3. Select Edit Item.
  4. Select the Position Filled checkbox and select OK.
  5. Once HR approves the change, the job listing will be removed from the Student Employment Job Listings page on the Human Resources website.  All job postings submitted for removal will be approved by HR within 1 business day.

Editing a Job Posting

  1. Log into SharePoint using your Drexel domain user ID (e.g. Drexel\abc123) and password.
  2. Select the position title that you want to edit under My Listings.
  3. Select Edit Item.
  4. Make the appropriate changes in the listing and select OK.
  5. Once HR approves the change, the job listing will be updated on the Student Employment Job Listing page on the Human Resources website.   All changes will be approved by HR within 1 business day.
