New Hire Packets

The following forms must be completed and submitted before a new employee can be added to the Drexel payroll systems, gain access to appropriate computer accounts, and in some cases, obtain a Drexel ID card. If printing your packet, please print single-sided.

Additionally, you will receive an email from Drexel University Human Resources via TrackerCorp to initiate the I-9 process. Please remember to bring the appropriate forms of ID under the list of acceptable documents. The documents must be the original and must be reviewed in-person in Human Resources or at New Employee Orientation (for Professional Staff and Faculty).

New full- and part-time benefits-eligible faculty members should submit their new hire packets to their Talent Acquisition Consultant by 5:00pm on the Wednesday before orientation. If you have previously worked at Drexel but have not worked in the past year, you must complete a new hire packet.

In order to attend an orientation session you must receive confirmation from your assigned Talent Acquisition Specialist to reserve a seat.
