Looking for something nutritious and delicious to eat on campus? A Healthier U Selections program offers higher-fiber menu items with reduced sodium and reduced calories from fat at several dining locations throughout the University City Campus. A Healthier U selections are:

The Center for Integrated Nutrition & Performance

This partnership between the Department of Nutrition Sciences, the Drexel Recreation Center, and A Healthier U provides the University community — faculty, students, and professional staff — with nutrition education presentations covering a wide range of topics. The Center for Integrated Nutrition & Performance also offers athletic team talks and opportunities for one-on-one nutritional counseling.
