Web-Based Challenges for Employees

Through online, interactive activity and nutrition tracking programs, A Healthier U encourages the employee population to eat well and to make exercise a daily habit. These challenges provide employees with tangible goals and support. Individuals are encouraged to team up with other colleagues and compete to win prizes while furthering their health. Past competitions include the Great American Fitness Adventure, Health Trails, Spring Into Motion, and Colorful Choices. Check the Healthier U home page for details on any upcoming challenges.

Employee Olympics

Drexel faculty and professional staff compete for the gold in sports and physical activities as diverse as basketball, beach volleyball, rock climbing, table tennis, dodge ball, and soccer. With so many choices, there’s something for everyone! Prizes are offered for both the top teams and the top individuals in each event. Most importantly, participants get to have fun and make new friends while sneaking in a great workout. The next Employee Olympics will be held Wednesday, June 20, 2012. View more info here.
