  • Transcripts

    Provide transcripts from all colleges and universities attended.

  • International Transcript Evaluation (international applicants only)

    Transcripts must be evaluated by an approved agency for admittance into this program. For more information on transcript evaluations, please refer to the Admission Application Instructions.

  • Standardized Test Scores

    GRE test scores are required, minimum score varies.

    TOEFL scores are required for international applicants or applicants who earned a degree outside the U.S. (minimum scores: 80/550/213). Scores will be reviewed based on section scores and total scores. IELTS scores may be submitted in lieu of TOEFL scores.

  • Essay

    Please write an essay describing your career goals, including specific research and scholarly interests. Please be sure to indicate how your interests coincide with those of particular School of Education Faculty members.

    Submit your essay by mail or through the Drexel University Admission Essay form.

  • Résumé

    Submit your résumé by mail or email it as an attachment to enroll@drexel.edu.

  • Letters of Recommendation

    Three letters of recommendation are required. Use the Electronic Letter of Recommendation form to submit your recommendation letters.

    Recommenders should be able to speak to your academic performance.

  • I-20 Application and Supporting Financial Documents (international applicants only)

    Print and complete the I-20 Application Form [PDF] and submit it with your supplemental materials.

  • Interview

    In-person or telephone interview required for qualified applicants.

  • Academic Experience

    Admission to this program requires a minimum 3.25 GPA (a 3.5 is preferred).

  • Writing Sample

    Please submit a sample of scholarly writing, including but not limited to published articles, theses, or term papers, by mail or email as an attachment to enroll@drexel.edu.
