Computer Engineering
Prepare to take on the rapid changes in the field of computing. Students of different backgrounds enroll in the Computer Engineering program to work on the components, devices, programs, algorithms, and systems that are used in computers and on techniques of computation, analysis, and implementation applicable to single computers or to computer systems. Blending the use of hardware and software, students graduate well versed in both hardware and software with the ability to provide "hybrid" solutions and offer creative and technical solutions that engineers positive change and addresses societal needs. Students within the Master of Science in Computer Engineering program are eligible for the engineering management study track and to take part in the graduate co-op, which combines classroom coursework with a six-month, full-time work experience.
