Nursing Leadership in Health Systems Management
This certificate program focuses on development of a leadership style and skill set essential for individuals in or seeking administrative roles. The program features a three courses from the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in Nursing Leadership in Health Systems Management curriculum. Selected classes provide essential skills for supervisory and management positions that help professionals perform and grow as emerging leaders.
Emphasis is placed on fiscal and organizational management, strategic planning, integrated quality outcomes measurement, organizational structures, marketing, and management of human resources within organizations.
