Software Engineering
Drexel University's Master of Science in Software Engineering (MSSE) program in the College of Computing & Informatics responds to the increasing significance of software in today's society and the growing demand for professional software engineers. This program focuses on the diverse strengths of the College to provide a comprehensive curriculum covering the behavioral, managerial, and technical aspects of software engineering. It caters to students interested in both technical and managerial roles in software development across various application domains. The program culminates in a hands-on capstone experience known as the Software Studio, where graduate students engage in an intensive team-based software project for two to three quarters. The objective is to apply their acquired knowledge and skills to a real-world ongoing project, ensuring practical application and readiness for the industry.
