Graduate Assistantships
Each academic year, several exceptional, first-term full-time PhD students
who have demonstrated excellence in their prior academic work and who are perceived
as having potential to accomplish biomedical research are awarded Calhoun Graduate
Assistantships. These funds provide the chosen students with full tuition remission
(up to nine credits per term) and a monthly stipend ranging from $1,800–2,000
per month. Calhoun students are required to serve as teaching or research assistants
for up to 20 hours per week. The Drexel University graduate application must
be received by February 1 for consideration for the following fall.
