Applying for Aid
Applying for financial aid at Drexel is easy. You should apply for financial aid whether or not you think you are eligible because you may qualify for alternatives that you don't know about. To learn more about applying for aid at Drexel, visit Drexel Central's Financial Information for Prospective Graduate Students page.
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
To have your eligibility for a Federal Unsubsidized Direct Loan and other types of aid reviewed, you must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Complete your FAFSA online at fafsa.ed.gov.
Enter "Drexel University" and Drexel's school code number 003256 on the FAFSA.
Institutional Financial Aid Application
If you are required to complete Drexel's Institutional Financial Aid Application, you will be notified by Drexel Central. Certain programs require students to complete the Institutional Financial Aid Application. The supplementary information provided on this form will enable Drexel Central to process your financial aid application correctly. For more information about this application, please visit the How to Apply for Financial Aid page.
If you intend to enroll in the fall, we recommend that you complete the FAFSA as soon as possible after January 1 and before May 1. Drexel cannot create a financial aid package for you without the FAFSA, if required, and Drexel's Institutional Financial Aid Application.
