PMCE 5095: Practical Project Management for the Working Professional

Friday, May 20, 2016

9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Gain a hands-on, fundamental understanding of Project Management (PM) by enrolling in our department's newest course, a 16-hour on-campus experiential program that exposes participants to novel PM concepts and techniques. The course will build upon the PM competencies presented in the PMI® PMBOK® Guide, providing proven methods to enable and enhance traditional management approaches. By focusing on these high-return concepts and tools, students will expand their knowledge and skills, becoming advanced project leaders ready to immediately succeed in real-world initiatives.

PPM incorporates an action learning approach. Participants of the program will gain knowledge of concepts, tools and best practices; apply and practice those learnings; and discuss and plan on how to proactively integrate those results into their current and future operations. The course will include lectures, discussions, interactive tool demonstrations, and the review of real life examples.

PMCE 5095 begins Friday, May 20, 2016. Take the first step in advancing your career and register today.

Please note: You do not need to be a Drexel student to register for a Continuing Professional Education course, nor are there application requirements to enter the program.
