This 16-hour, experiential, on-campus Practical Project Management course teaches novel project management concepts and techniques. The course will build upon the project management competencies presented in PMI's internationally recognized A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), providing proven methods to enable and enhance traditional management approaches. By focusing on these high-return concepts and tools, you will expand your knowledge and skills, becoming an advanced project leader ready to succeed in real-world initiatives.
