This policy provides protection for employees in the event of loss of time or medical expenses due to work-related accidents, injuries or illnesses.

If an employee sustains a job-related accident or injury, or suffers an occupational disease in the course of employment, her or she will receive benefits in accordance with the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act.

The employee must report all work-related accidents or injuries to his or her supervisor and Risk Management immediately at 215.255.7838.

Complete the required forms within 24 hours of the incident and forward them to the Department of Risk Management via fax (215.255.7856) or email.
