The Office of General Counsel has developed templates for use by the University community.
Consult with the OGC to determine whether the approved template is appropriate for the particular services, transaction or project under consideration.
Pursuant to the Contract Protocol Policy, the OGC-approved template does not need to be reviewed by the OGC if it is not changed (other than inserting information in the blank spaces provided in the template). The standard OGC-approved template should be used for each individual project or service, and any OGC-approved modifications to the template agreement for use in a particular situation apply only to that situation.
