In 1998, after a bad haircut resulted in a shaved head, designer Eugenia Kim began making hats for herself that resembled hair.  New York City boutiques began to take notice as she made her way through the city, and after requests for a collection, her company was born.  This version of Kim's "haircut" hats is a felt representation of a bob in the style of early 20th century actress Louise Brooks.
