Richard Vallett is a PhD candidate and researcher at the Drexel Autonomous Systems Lab (DASL). Richard will complete his NSF EAPSI fellowship work at Hubo Lab at the Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). The goal of this research is to document the construction of the Beta DRC Hubo being used in the 2013 DARPA Robotics Challenge (DRC). The knowledge accumulated at Hubo Lab will be used to create a virtual model of the Beta DRC Hubo for use by researchers to prototype and validate motion.
