I have been awarded the RISE scholarship from the DAAD German Research Exchange program with the goal of developing a CT imaging approach to navigating minimally invasive surgery at the Heidelberg University Hospital; I hope to spend the 12 weeks exploring my assigned city as well as other areas in Germany and Europe. I am in my third year at Drexel and am a rower on Drexel's varsity crew team, as well as vice president of the Drexel Salsa Club. I look forward to living and working in Germany and being a train ride away from all the countries I want to visit.
