Bryce Walburn

Bryce Walburn

Bryce is a fourth year BS/MS student in the electrical engineering department. His academic interests include signal processing, audio systems, software, and digital media. He is an active musician and a member of six different performing ensembles on campus. He also serves as an undergraduate mentor for the freshman MATLAB sequence.

He will be participating in the DAAD RISE program in the summer of 2014 at the University of Oldenburg. The topic of his research is acoustic feedback cancellation in hearing aids. He is particularly excited about this project as it will be his first practical experience in audio signal processing, which is the field in which he hopes to work after graduation.

He is eager to not only learn a great deal and develop his professional skills, but also to travel Europe and soak up some culture!
