Avital Breverman
BS Civil Engineering '18, Honors
Avital Breverman is a third year Civil Engineering student with a concentration in Geotechnical Engineering. Avital completed her first co-op at Earth Engineering Inc., a Geotechnical Engineering consulting company in East Norriton, Pennsylvania. She is participating in her second co-op in the Geotechnical Engineering group of Langan Engineering & Environmental Sciences in Philadelphia. As part of the SMART Scholarship, Avital will be working in the Geotechnical Engineering Divison of the United States Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District for her third co-op and for two years post-graduation.
Avital is a member of Tau Beta Pi, the Engineering Honor Society, and Chi Epsilon, the Civil Engineering Honor Society. She is a former STAR Scholar and a member of the Pennoni Honors College. Outside of her academics, Avital is involved in Drexel’s Club Sports program as the Treasurer of the Club Sports Executive Board and the President of Track Club. She loves to run, hike and explore Philadelphia.
