Philly Fellows

Philly Fellows offers year-long fellowships that connect top college graduates to dynamic non-profit opportunities while developing their leadership and professional skills and engaging them in the city's vibrant communities.

The program seeks to strengthen the city's cultural, educational and social-service organizations and build the next generation of civic leadership.

Fellows work 40 hours/week at a partnering non-profit agency. In addition, fellows participate in leadership and professional development curriculum throughout the year and live together in one of three houses in vibrant Philadelphia neighborhoods.
