Moving and Relocation

The University Facilities Moving Crew can move office furnishings and laboratory equipment such as desks, filing cabinets, tables, chairs, and boxed items to buildings on campus as requested. 

Move requests can be submitted online or by contacting your department’s WebTMA representative and require a notice of two business days and are scheduled based on staffing availability. Any moves that cannot be completed during normal work hours (6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday – Friday) will incur overtime charges: weekdays after 2:30 PM and Saturdays will be charged time and a half, and Sundays and holidays will be charged double time. Billing is done in 30-minute increments.
