P. Agnes Co. along with Mara Restoration will be making masonry repairs to the exterior of the building utilizing scaffolding on the south and west sides of the building and swing scaffold on the north and east sides of the building. There will be necessary overhead protection around the outside of the building at all times.

The elevator in Main Building had a drive bearing fail on the hoist pulley. This failed part required us to shutdown the car for safety reasons. The on-campus contractor called for their major repair team to evaluate it today and provide estimates (time and expense). We should know more information later today or tomorrow when it could be back in service. Note- The end date on this message is not accurate at this time. The end will be determined after the repair team's evaluation.

To facilitate a repair on the Bossone cooling tower, a crane will be used to lift the needed materials to the roof. The crane will be staged on Ludlow Street and the street and the sidewalks in the area will be closed and caution taped off. Please follow all local signage. Thank you.
