Operations and Maintenance
Health Sciences Campus Operations (HSCO) is responsible for maintenance and housekeeping services in facilities throughout the Center City Campus, Queen Lane Campus and many clinical practices. The Operations & Maintenance department oversees the services of contracted vendors to provide the following services:
- Maintenance: Heating/Air Conditioning, lighting, repairs, keys, locks, elevators, plumbing, leaks, etc.
- Housekeeping: Cleaning and custodial services and trash removal.
- Recycling Services: Collection and disposal of recyclable materials placed in designated containers.
- Grounds Maintenance: Landscaping, outdoor cleaning and snow removal.
