Business Operations manages all financial, administrative and technology services for University Facilities.
The primary responsibilities of Business Operations include: accounting, budget analysis, information technology, human resources, purchasing, procurement and administrative support services. In addition to strategic financial planning, financial guidance, and personnel management, Business Operations also oversees the budgeting of the capital construction master plan, which supports the University’s overall academic strategic plan.
Business Operations works in collaboration with all University departments to meet the strategic business goals and objectives of each department. Business Operations ensures the fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency of all campus maintenance, service and construction projects.
