APP Lab Mission Statement
The APP Lab’s mission is to create a workspace for all Drexel community members who are interested in learning app development in an innovative environment.  We believe in the philosophy of learning by doing, and encourage members to work with us on development projects that improve the university’s services and benefit the community. Through hands-on experience and educational seminars, we increase our members’ development knowledge and creativity.

Additionally, the APP Lab strives to provide students with:

• A new online series of app development tutorials
• Open consulting hours for one-to-one mentoring of student developers
• A clubhouse environment for student developers to share knowledge and ideas and pursue collaborative projects
• Periodic public apps-related events, including developer workshops, panel sessions, and student showcases
• Support opportunities for student research and development projects
