Biography

Professional engineer with over 37 years of experience mostly in the aerospace and defense industry. Held various positions; design engineer, systems engineer, project engineer, operations analyst, program manager, capture manager and functional manager. College Professor with over 28 years of experience as an adjunct, part time and full time professor involved with developing and teaching the following graduate level course topics for face to face and on-line format:
