Welcome to Drexel’s Construction Management Program

Construction management is an exciting field and rewarding career choice. Construction is a challenging and complex business; it is a custom rather than a routine, repetitive business. Given the size of our industry and the amount of resources employed, any improvement in our efficiency and effectiveness will result in long-lasting benefits to the society as a whole. Construction is critically important for the economic well-being of any nation, and the impact it has on the environment in general.

The industry is increasingly looking for graduates who can work in an interdisciplinary way to create innovative solutions to the challenges of the physical and economic environment of the 21st century. Future construction industry leaders need to have a broad technical knowledge as well as strong business acumen. These critical competencies can be developed through formal construction education at the university level. Drexel University offers both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Construction Management.

The faculty and staff take great pride in the strong reputation of our program. We are committed to being the preeminent center for the advancement and dissemination of construction knowledge. Our graduates are well-rounded professionals who are extremely sought out by the industry. We expect our students to leave Drexel thinking about the industry in profoundly fresh and creative ways. Our goal is to help the students develop into true agents of change – a new breed of future industry leaders who will bring the industry to the next level.

By joining us you will be in position to literally "Build the World", and participate in creating something that will last beyond our lifetimes. If you have any questions about our program, please feel free to contact us. We hope to hear from you soon!
