Lockheed Martin Leadership Program

The Lockheed Martin Engineering Leadership Program is introduced to approximately 1,000 engineering freshman each year as part of the required curriculum.  Topics include an introduction to the broader concepts of management, civic engagement, communication and other professional skills, bridging the gap between engineering practice and the business environment.

The program is a unique and innovative educational approach of significant benefit to Drexel’s engineering students.  In the first three years, more than 3,000 students will be impacted by this program and exposed to core leadership disciplines that will result in an exceptional educational experience for future engineers.
