Jon Napolitano, Drew Hovey, and Christopher Thach utilized their Senior Design Project as a platform to reach a larger audience regarding sustainable design, engineering and building practices. They partnered with Brian Christensen at Artisan Spirits Magazine to publish a three-part series that stands as a guide for other distilleries to follow.
