ECE Pre-Junior Jui Hanamshet (BS-CE, class of ’21) earned a scholarship from the Philadelphia section of the Society of Women Engineers. SWE Philadelphia awards scholarships of $1000-2000 annually to female students in STEM majors. Applicants must not only demonstrate academic merit, but also strong experience in service and leadership. Dr. Kapil Dandekar, professor in ECE, recommended Hanamshet for the award.
