Dr. Jonathan Spanier, Professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering and affiliated faculty member with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, has published a paper which appeared online in the journal Nature on August 20, 2018. The paper reports a significant breakthrough in extremely low loss and exceptionally tunable microwave frequency tunable materials and devices. The firstof the paper is his , Dr. Zongquan Gu, who recentlycompleted his doctorateelectrical engineering at Drexel.
