Owen Mayer, an ECE Ph.D. student being advised by Assistant Professor Dr. Matthew Stamm, has received the prestigious 2017-2018 Koerner Family Award. The award is intended to recognize and support the research activities pursued by outstanding Ph.D. students in Drexel's College of Engineering.
The monetary award, founded by Drexel alumnus Robert M. Koerner, Ph.D. (1956, 1963) and his wife Paula Koerner, is awarded to a select group of engineering Ph.D. students each year. Honored students will present their research to Dr. Koerner at an upcoming event.
