Prof. Abrams was invited to present at a two-day conference at the Simons Foundation entitled, "Bridging Scales in Microbiology: From
Atoms to Organelles". The conference brought together leading experts in molecular simulations in biology to discuss the latest advances
and opportunities for high-impact research into such areas as biochemical networks, computational drug discovery, statistical mechanics
and new mathematical methods for physical modeling of biomolecules.
