Dr. Franco Montalto, University of Pennsylvania Urban Studies professor Michael Nairn, area residents, 11 visiting graduate students, and four professors from the University of Venice in Italy, spent Monday, May 15, in the Eastwick section of Philadelphia to explore ways Eastwick floods and ideas for mitigation.
