Congratulations to Ahmad Arabi Shamsabadi for being awarded the Joseph Carleone Endowed Award for the 16-17 Academic Year. Ahmad was nominated by the CBE department for this award.
This award is a Drexel Endowed Fellowship Award as a result of philanthropy by Joseph (Joe) Carleone ME ’68 ’70 ‘72. Joe is a generous benefactor to Drexel Engineering and will be visiting campus on Friday, March 10th to serve as our keynote speaker at the College's PhD Visit Day. As a Carleone Award winner, Ahmad has been invited to meet with Joe and discuss his experience as a graduate student in the College.
