College of Engineering announced new graduate minor in Computational Engineering

Steven WeberDrexel's College of Engineering is excited to announce a new graduate minor in Computational Engineering. Dr. Steven Weber, ECE Professor, was the main advocate for creating the minor. The Computation Engineering minor aims to give students pursuing a graduate degree in the College of Engineering an opportunity to develop core computational and mathematical competencies to complement their coursework in engineering. Students can complete the minor requirements by taking 5 courses (15 credits) in various computational mathematics subjects such as Data Structures & Algorithms, Linear Algebra, Probability, Statistics and Machine Learning. Specific course lists can be viewed on the minor's catalog page available soon.

The minor in Computational Engineering is open to all students enrolled in a College of Engineering graduate program (including BS/MS students). For more information, including how to enroll in the minor, please contact Sean Clark.
