Mona Bavarian, (PhD 2012, Advisor: Dr. Masoud Soroush) been selected as 2018 Computing and Systems Technology (CAST) division program coordinator, area 10b (systems and process control). Program coordinators for the CAST Division of AIChE are selected by a voting process that took place in September.
The Computing and Systems Technology (CAST) Division of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) is responsible for the wide range of activities within AIChE that involve the application of computers and mathematics to chemical engineering problems including process design, process control, operations, and applied mathematics.
