PhD student Bryan Byles (advisor: Ekaterina Pomerantseva) won a poster award in the graduate research category of Physical Science and Engineering at Drexel’s annual Research Day on Friday, May 1, 2015 held in the Daskalakis Athletic Center.
Bryan was the sole winner in the category for his poster, “Todorokite Manganese Oxide as a Li-ion and Na-ion Battery Intercalation Host” co-authored by Patrick West and Ekaterina Pomerantseva. Approximately 240 research posters were presented at the event in nine different categories.
