Richa Singhal, a PhD student advised by Prof. Vibha Kalra, receives the Electrochemical Society (ECS) Student Travel Award (Energy Technology Division) to attend and present her research at the fall 2015 ECS conference in Phoenix, AZ. At the ECS conference, she will be presenting two talks titled, “Pseudocapacitive Carbon Nanofibers Using Sodium Chloride (aka common salt)” and “Cobalt Nanoparticles Embedded in Porous Carbon Nanofibers As Bifunctional Electrocatalysts for Oxygen Reduction and Evolution Reactions”.
