Prof. Ken Lau and his former PhD student, Dr. Ranjita Bose, (now a postdoc at Delft University of Technology) have been issued a U.S. Patent (No. 8,609,193) on December 17, 2013 for their technology on "Poly(ethylene glycol) and Poly(ethylene oxide) by Initiated Chemical Vapor Deposition".
