Dr. Yury Gogotsi
Distinguished University and Trustee Chair Professor Yury Gogotsi has been appointed Associate Editor of ACS Nano published by the American Chemical Society’s ACS Publications, effective November 1, 2013.
With an Impact Factor of 12.033, ACS Nano is the leading journal in the field of nanoscale science and engineering, with a particularly strong reputation in the nanomaterials field. An article published in ACS Nano in 2012 by Gogotsi, Distinguished Professor Michel Barsoum, and colleagues received the Ross Coffin Purdy Award, judged to have made the most significant contribution to ceramic literature that year.
Gogotsi has also accepted an invitation to join the Editorial Board of Current Opinion in Solid State and Materials Science. Published by Elsevier, it emphasizes invited review articles that cover the latest advances in materials science and engineering.
