Ph.D. Student Eric LairdPh.D. Student Eric Laird (advisor: Christopher Li) received a JAIST (Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) International School on Cat-CVD (Hot-Wire CVD) Technology Travel Award for full support to attend the school held March 4-7, 2013 in Kanazawa City, Japan.
The goal of the school was to connect researchers who work on the new thin film technology of Cat-CVD. Nine lectures were presented and young researchers from 12 countries attended the school.
