Professor Giuseppe Palmese was awarded $75,000 from the Nanotechnology Institute (NTI) of the Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania for his research titled "Nanoscale toughening of epoxy resins using bio-based additives". The funding period is January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013.
