Drexel University will be co-sponsoring and hosting a presentation on Rebuilding Pennsylvania’s Infrastructure with the American Society of Civil Engineers, Philadelphia Section and the Engineers’ Club of Philadelphia on May 14 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Gallery Room of Drexel University’s Main Building.
The presentation will review how vital America’s infrastructure system is to our future economic strength and the importance of strategic investment in infrastructure as it promotes healthy job growth for generations. Elected officials who have taken strong stands on this subject will inform attendees of their ideas and proposals to develop and stimulate direly-needed continued and increased investment in infrastructure.
Speakers will include Congresswoman Allyson Schwartz and Senator Michael Stack, as C.R. “Chuck” Pennoni, Chairman, Pennoni Associates, Inc. (Past President, ASCE Philadelphia Section; Past President, Engineers’ Club of Philadelphia) will serve as the moderator for the discussion.
